Love their customer service and products available for rent! Mel was super prompt in her response and recommendations. The car seats were installed nicely and the stroller was packed in our car. Very seamless delivery and execution. Would totally engage them again when we visit Australia :)

I was gifted a second hand baby car seat to help my son and daughter in law with my 1yr old grandson. I wanted it checked by a professional to ensure the seat was in good condition before installation. Hire for Baby Perth Eastern carried out the inspection and passed it as within the 10 yr age limit and in a safe condition. It was then installed efficiently and I was instructed in the correct operation of the seat. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and I left feeling I had the knowledge to keep my grandson safe.

Excellent service from Mel and the team. Really good communication and the car seat was installed and ready to go in our rental car when we arrived at the airport. Really put my mind at ease that we had the same car seat ready to go on our first trip with our 4 month old.

When we arrived to pick up our hire car, all of the equipment we had hired through ‘Hire for Baby’ had been delivered and installed, making our arrival so much smoother. All of the equipment was clean and in fantastic condition. Communication between myself and Hire for Baby was easy and the team are amazing. I would definitely hire equipment through them in the future.

Mel was super lovely and accommodating. My hire period was between to options to choose from so she decreased the price of the longer hire period which I appreciated immensely. They have a great range so I will definitely be recommending them and using them again.

Cannot speak more highly of Mel! She was efficient, timely, knowledgeable and down-right amazing. We had a family holiday to Perth and needed 3x carseats installed in our hire car - she had it setup before we arrived and picked up after we departed. The seats were high quality, clean, correctly installed and exactly what we asked for. Fantastic service!

Rented a car seat restraint and a city jogger pram with airport delivery. Fuss free and it was installed prior to my arrival. Staff communication was prompt as I had some queries like returning just the pram early. Definitely a good recommendation for those travelling with kids in tow.
